SoundTrack_Cologne Announces Composer Lineup for “Music in Games”
I am pleased to announce my work scoring the spectacular VR game “Torn” by Aspyr Games. I recorded the score last October with LA’s finest musicians at the Fox Scoring Stage and the sound was gorgeous.
Here’s the announcement video – music is from the score.
Excited to announce that on Friday October 20th I will be recording the score for my latest VG project at Fox’s Newman Scoring Stage (my favorite place to record in LA/The World) with the best players in the world!
This will be the first orchestral game project I have recorded in my home town 3.5 years and really looking forward to it.
Much thanks to the AFM Local 47’s President John Acosta for working very closely with me and my agent Sarah Kovacs to make this happen. Thanks also to Ray Hair for approving all the details.
I am pleased, excited and grateful to announce my work in scoring the WB Games /Monolith Productions “Middle-earth: Shadow of War”, the massive follow-up to “Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor”.
I wrote over two and half hours of original music for the game, while the rest was scored by my friend Nathan Grigg – Advanced Composer at Monolith.
I believe Shadow of War stands as a real achievement in game design and execution and will be talked about for decades. I also believe our score wonderfully enhances this project.
In addition to writing 90 minutes of in-game music I scored an hour of beautifully acted and rendered CGI movies. Some of the best in-game cinematic acting I have had the privilege to work on.
It required two full weeks of recording with members of the Northwest Sinfonia Orchestra and choir. I hope you all enjoy the work we’ve done – it was an amazing experience.
Much thanks to the team at Monolith especially Audio Director Brian Pamintuan, Nathan Grigg and the entire audio crew who worked endless hours to bring this game to fruition.
I am excited to announce the world premier of my viola concerto “Zingaro” at the newly renovated Ford Theatre located in Hollywood on Sunday August 21st 2016.
Performed along with my concerto will be works from my scores to Bioshock and Bioshock II.

Excited to announce that “iOmoon” the new VR game I scored is available now from Steam! This Virtual Reality game is fantastic voyage to the moon of Jupiter with many surprises. Happy to be a part of the VR revolution and many thanks to Drew Medina and Ricci Franklin of Headtrip Games for bringing me aboard this fantastic adventure! Also a big call out to my agent Sarah Kovacs for making it all happen!
I am deeply humbled and honored to have my work on Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor nominated for a BAFTA! This is the second time in two years I have been so honored and I am deeply grateful to the British Academy of Film and Television Arts for this extraordinary recognition.
